Scott Ruiz is an On A Water Break host, Southern California educator, designer, and adjudicator with deep experience in marching band and winter guard.
His work has included the USC Trojan Marching Band, Valencia High School, Fantasia, and Diamante, as well as consulting and judging programs across the country.
