Coordinating Executive Producer & Main Host
Nicole Younger is OAWB’s Coordinating Executive Producer and an experienced clinician, designer, technician, adjudicator, and visual instructor.
Her work has included The Cookout, Our Marching Counts, WGI diversity and inclusion efforts, winter-guard design, and marching-arts consulting, with a focus on representation, mental wellness, and stronger programs.
